Milton Park

Milton Park is a science and business park, home to more than 250 businesses and to over 9,000 people across a variety of sectors.  It is located on A34 Interchange between Oxford & Newbury.  The Park is within the Technology Arc and Golden Triangle which encompasses a strategic area between Oxford, Cambridge and London.

Milton Park has approximately 3 million sq ft of commercial space including offices, laboratory and industrial/warehouse space. On-site facilities include a fitness centre, nursery, places to eat and more than 250 acres of natural landscape create an excellent working environment.   Milton Park is also part of the cluster of science within Oxfordshire, including five key clusters: life sciences, space technologies, electronics, automotive and creative & digital. Expect to pay circa £40 psf for newly built offices and double figure rents for industrials.

Nuffield Way, Abingdon

Nuffield Centrum is Abingdon’s major industrial and warehouse location set within some 11.5 acres and totalling approximately 265,000 sq ft of warehouse and production space. The ownership comprises some 28 units in a range of sizes and distributed in three main clusters around Nuffield Way. The Estate is home to a wide range of companies within varied business sectors include engineering and R&D. The Abingdon Trade Centre provides units focused towards the trade warehouse market which are smaller in size. Recent lettings include Grant & Stone, Veolia Nuclear Solutions and Dash CAE.

Individual units range from 3,700 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft. Many units have undergone transformational refurbishments to include new roofs, windows, doors, loading bays, LED lighting and so on. Southmead Industrial Estate, Didcot

The Southmead estate is a well-connected established industrial area extending to approximately 92 acres, located adjacent to Didcot with good access to A34 for access to Oxford, M40, M4 and Southampton docks. Distribution occupiers include Tesco, Vitra and Pirelli.

Southmead has developed in piecemeal fashion over recent decades. Popular with distribution and engineering companies, in recent years it has also attracted R&D technology businesses from some of the local science and business parks. There has been significant rental growth over the last few years and expect to pay around £11 - 12.00 per sq ft for mid-sized refurbished space. Estates within the Southmead area include:
