Following an expansion and  re-configuration of their main warehouse site at Milton Park, Allmakes have let a surplus bay of 45,000 sq ft warehousing to a logistics company.  Parker Parr acted for the landlord in this transaction and terms remain confidential.

UPS have taken a newly refurbished warehouse of 60,000 sq ft approx at Milton Park, close to A34 Milton Interchange. Tim Parr, director of Parker Parr commented, "This is a good building which was extensively refurbished prior to re-letting.  It has the attractions of a secure yard and a combination of level access and dock level loading which were prerequisites for UPS". Parker Parr and DTRE acted as joint letting agents on behalf of the business park owners, MEPC.
