Parker Parr and joint agents Andrew Dixon & Co have re-let the former Volvo Truck & Bus depot in Southmead following refurbishment to Nationwide Platforms, the UK's leading provided of powered access platforms and part of Loxam Group.

Commenting on the transaction, Tim Parr said, "This was a rare opportunity. The building is about 14,000 sq ft sq ft on a low density site of 1.28 acres.  It has multiple loading doors to a useful large yard making it ideal for the new tenant.  These don't come up very often and we received a lot of interest".
